Taft Acts as Legal Counsel to Bancroft Capital, LLC in SKK Holdings Limited’s Initial Public Offering

Taft is pleased to have acted as U.S. legal counsel to Bancroft Capital, LLC (Bancroft) in connection with the initial public offering of SKK Holdings Limited (SKK). Bancroft, which specializes in institutional brokerage and capital markets services, acted as the sole underwriter for the offering. The offering, which included both a primary issuance of ordinary shares by SKK and a selling shareholder component, closed on Oct. 9, 2024, for total gross proceeds of $10 million. SKK is a civil engineering service provider that specializes in subsurface utility works in Singapore. Ordinary shares of SKK are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Read the release here.
