Donald Trump and Caroleene Hardee Dobson Would Eliminate the Affordable Care Act for Alabama Families

Alabama Daily News : "Dobson said other priorities of hers would be … fully repealing the Affordable Care Act"

While Donald Trump promises full repeal of the Affordable Care Act if elected to another term in the White House, Caroleene Hardee Dobson continues to make clear she would join the former president in upending the health care plans of nearly 400,000 Alabamians.

Trump and Dobson's plan would force individuals with pre-existing conditions off their private health care and raise health care costs for Alabamians by thousands of dollars.

Dobson has long been a proponent of repealing the Affordable Care Act. Yet as Election Day comes closer, Dobson is attempting to distance herself from her previous support for full repeal, admitting through a spokesperson that her own plan would be "impossible."

Shomari Figures, on the other hand, says it is "imperative we do everything we can to protect the Affordable Care Act."

DCCC Spokesperson Justin Chermol:
"Don't take it from us: Caroleene Hardee Dobson would be a vote for Trump's dangerous plan to fully repeal the Affordable Care Act and force tens of thousands of Alabama families off their private health care plans."
