Meet Your New Colleagues: Michalina Witek

As a recent Master's graduate, Michalina Witek began her journey into Human Resources as an intern for a startup. During her internship, she was thrown into the deep end, gaining valuable experiences that she would carry into her role as recruiting assistant at Stony Brook University, which she describes as being critically dependent on being a people person.

Though Michalina took a few paths to Human Resources, she is glad she ended up in the right spot. With values of diversity, inclusion and excellence, she fits in perfectly with the Stony Brook community as a recruiting assistant.
