MASSACHUSETTS AVEPolice were flagged down by an employee of a business on the 500 Massachusetts who identified an individual who had just shoplifted from their business. Franklin O'Sullivan, 32, of Boston, MA was arrested on warrants out of Cambridge District Court, Boston District Court, and Waltham District Court.
