Scituate Barracks

On Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 3:30 PM, Troopers arrested Zakery Garica, age 31 of 61 Crowfield Drive, Warwick, RI for 1) Disorderly Conduct and 2) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal for a disturbance call and taking custody of the subject. The subject was transported to Fatima Hospital and misdemeanor released with a future Third District Court arraignment date.

On Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 9:46 PM, Troopers arrested Manuel Vergara Villarreal, age 24 of 947 Atwells Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.

On Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 10:22 PM, Troopers arrested Marco Saban Gamez, age 30 of 293 Manton Avenue Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. - .15 or Greater (Phase 1 - .214, Phase 2 - .208) - First Offense. The arrest was the result of an E-911 call for an Erratic Operator and Troopers subsequently locating the vehicle on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.

On Thursday, July 4, 2024 at 1:53 AM, Troopers arrested Stephanie Montt, age 34 of 258 Farmington Avenue Apt. 2, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense 2) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Webster Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.

On Thursday, July 4, 2024 at 3:44 AM, Troopers arrested Alberto Ramos, age 45, of 84 Washington Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. - .10-.15 (Phase 1 - .143, Phase 2 - .148) - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
