Final UW ‘Challenges to Democracy” Lecture Nov. 20 in Cheyenne

As the final lecture in the "Challenges to Democracy" series, the University of Wyoming School of Politics, Public Affairs and International Studies will host its last statewide program Wednesday, Nov. 20.

"Crisis of Democracy Around the Globe?" will be presented at 5:30 p.m. in the Laramie County Public Library's Cottonwood Room, located at 2200 Pioneer Ave. in Cheyenne.

Participants on the panel will be Tom Dougherty, the 2024 Milward L. Simpson Visiting Professor of Political Science at UW and former U.S. ambassador to Burkina Faso; UW Professors Andrew Garner and Jean Garrison; and UW Assistant Professor Jason McConnell.
