NAVY

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, Rocket Center, West Virginia, is awarded a $167,925,000 modification (P00001) to a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0001924D0104). This modification exercises option contract line items (CLIN) 1001 and 2001 and increases the contract ceiling for the production of 50,000 FMU-139D/B Bomb Tactical Electronic Fuze systems, 25,000 for CLIN 1001, and 25,000 for CLIN 2001, in support of the Joint Direct Attack Mission family of weapons for the Navy, Air Force, and Foreign Military Sales customers. Work will be performed in Rocket Center, West Virginia (91.09%); Plymouth, Minnesota (7.54%); and Camden, Arkansas (1.37%), and is expected to be completed in December 2029. No funds will be obligated at the time of award, funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competed. Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $118,454,213 firm-fixed-price modification to previously award contract N00024-22-C-5400 for fiscal 2025 Navy procurements for Rolling Airframe Missile Block 2/2A/2B Guided Missile Round Pack, spare replacement components, and recertification. Work will be performed in Ottobrunn, Germany (42%); Tucson, Arizona (31%); Keyser, West Virginia (11%); Glenrothes Fife, Great Britain (10%); Cincinnati, Ohio (1%); and various other U.S. locations each under 1% (5%), and is expected to be completed by July 2028. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $113,256,998 (96%); and fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,197,215 (4%), will be obligated at the time of award, of which $5,197,215 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a) (4), International Agreement. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-22-C-5400).

Malasha Technologies Inc., West Chester, Ohio, is being awarded a $54,639,003 firm-fixed-price contract (N00030-25-C-4301) for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning support, sustainment and support services. Tasks to be performed include support services for the following functional areas: deployment, sustainment, stabilization, operations and business process support, development, testing, issue resolution, system deficiencies, data quality, end-user support, training, reporting, user management, role resolution, and major upgrades. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C. (77%); and Falls Church, Virginia (23%). Work is expected to be completed on Oct. 31, 2029. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance, Navy funds in the amount of $14,056,308 will be obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The maximum dollar value of the contract action, including all optional line items, if exercised, is $54,639,003. This contract is being awarded to the contractor on a sole source basis under 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and was previously synopsized on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) online portal, with one proposal received. AIR FORCE

ManTech Advanced International Inc., Sunol, California, was awarded a $98,000,000 ceiling, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable, and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Air Force Technical Applications Center Advanced Environmental Measurements II services. This contract provides for nuclear debris particle analysis data and reports. Work will be performed in Sunol, California, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2031. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $9,900,000 are being obligated at the time of award. L3Harris Technologies Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $14,997,238 contract modification (P00305) to a previously awarded contract (FA8823-20-C-0004) for the Distributed Space Command and Control System Space Mission Platform deployment and integration. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $962,080,341. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 23, 2025. Fiscal 2024 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $14,997,238 are being obligated at the time of award.
