I 8/SR 67 Connector Closure, 8/14

SAN DIEGO - Caltrans maintenance crews will close the westbound Interstate 8 (I-8) connector to northbound State Route 67 (SR-67) Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for guardrail repair.

Motorists may continue on I-8 to southbound SR-67/Magnolia Ave exit, continue southbound and enter eastbound I-8 on-ramp, and continue to northbound SR-67 connector.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
