On November 20, 2024, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel granted another extension to continue the Company's listing subject to the Company evidencing compliance with all applicable criteria for continued listing by December 17, 2024. The Company continues to work to satisfy the applicable requirements, including through the recently announced financing transactions with HiTron Systems Inc. However, the Company will not be entitled to any further extensions from the Panel and cannot provide any assurance as to whether the Company can adequately demonstrate to the Panel's satisfaction by the deadline that it has regained, and will be able to maintain, compliance with the continued listing standards in order to avoid delisting.
