On November 15, 2024, the Building Management Board coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Division of District 3 in HCMC to organize a firefighting and rescue drill at the Phat Dat Group Office Building, located at 39 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, HCMC.

This regular activity aims to assess the effectiveness of the building's firefighting equipment, enhance skills in handling fire and explosion incidents, improve evacuation procedures, and strengthen coordination between the building's on-site firefighting team and professional firefighting forces. The drill also raises awareness about fire prevention and control among all staff working at the building.

In the simulated scenario, a fire occurred, prompting the building's on-site firefighting team to collaborate with the professional firefighting force to evacuate personnel safely using rescue ladders. Simultaneously, they put out the blaze at higher levels using fire hoses.
