Reform Party endorses James Bledsoe for Raleigh City Council

The Reform Party of Wake County, North Carolina is proud to endorse James Bledsoe for Raleigh, City Council. A member of the Veterans Party, James has been active in the party since 2016. He reached out to the Reform Party for an endorsement in July of this year.

James Bledsoe is a combat veteran that moved to South East Raleigh in 2013 while in the Army Reserve. He enlisted in 2005, and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2007. His combat tour lasted fifteen months. Currently he serves one weekend a month as a combat engineer.

He has a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice with minors in computer sciences and US history. In 2023, he enrolled in Wake Technical College to study cybersecurity.

As a member of the Raleigh City Council, James Bledsoe wants to make the price of housing affordable again. He wants to reduce the cost of living around Raleigh, and make sure that first responders are taken care of. James is also pro-business and would like to see businesses of all size prosper in the Raleigh market.

The Reform Party is a moderate, centrist party founded in 1995 by the supporters of Ross Perot. The Reform Party advocates for a moderate platform centered around common sense, moderate solutions for today's political issues. It is funded by small donors and has never taken money from political action committees (PACs).
