Beavercreek City Council to Vote on 2025 Budget and Present State of the City at December 9 Meeting

The Beavercreek City Council will meet on Monday, December 9, 2024, to vote on adopting the City of Beavercreek's 2025 budget. The public meeting will be held in the council chambers at Beavercreek City Hall, located at 1368 Research Park Drive.

The budget vote follows two public work sessions held in November, where community members were encouraged to attend and provide input. During these sessions, city council and staff conducted a detailed review of the proposed 2025 budget, carefully examining each line item and making any necessary adjustments.

In addition to the budget vote, the December 9 meeting will include the annual State of the City presentation delivered by City Manager Pete Landrum. This presentation will provide a recap of the city's 2024 budget, a summary of its accomplishments over the past year, and an outline of key goals and projects planned for 2025.

Beavercreek City Council meetings are open to all residents, with agendas available at beavercreekohio.gov. Recordings of each meeting are also posted on the city's YouTube channel and broadcast on the public access channel, available on Channel 5 for Spectrum customers and Channel 99 for AT&T customers.

The meeting will include a designated time for public comments, where residents are invited to speak for up to three minutes each. While this is an opportunity for community members to share their views, it is not structured as a question-and-answer session. Residents who wish to contact the council outside of meetings can do so through the contact information provided on the city's website here.
