Financial News Names Sabina Comis Among its 100 Most Influential Women in Finance

Sabina Comis, Dechert's Paris-based global managing partner, has been recognized by the Dow Jones-owned Financial News among its 100 "Most Influential Women in Finance" for a second consecutive year. Each year, Financial News recognizes the very best and brightest women in the European finance sector.

Ms. Comis, a tax and investment funds partner in Dechert's Paris office, advises French and international companies, family offices and private equity funds on domestic and international tax structuring arising from complex corporate transactions, restructurings and refinancings, often involving multiple sponsors. She is one of the few French practitioners able to offer sophisticated tax advice and handle the legal and regulatory side of fund formation.

Ms. Comis was also recognized in Financial News' "Most Influential Lawyers" list for 2023, as well as Private Equity News' "Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers in Europe" list.
