Upcoming City Holiday: LACERS will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2024, in observance of Labor Day.

LACERS' 2025 ANNUAL OPEN ENROLLMENT

LACERS' Annual Open Enrollment period will be held in the fall, and materials will be mailed in October. Materials will also be available online at lacers.org/health-benefits.

This year, Open Enrollment meetings will be held both in-person and virtually. Meeting dates and locations will be posted on LACERS.org in September. If you are considering changing your medical or dental plan, LACERS encourages you to attend these meetings to learn more about our health plan benefit offerings and ask questions directly to the health plan carrier representatives. These meetings are also great opportunities to become more acquainted with your LACERS' health benefits. Once registration begins on September 12, you may register to attend through your MyLACERS account or by contacting LACERS at (800) 779-8328.

APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ONE-ON-ONE ASSISTANCE

Appointments aren't necessary if you drop off documents Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and don't need to speak to anyone.

*Please be advised that pre-entry metal detector screening requirements are in place at LACERS' headquarters, and a current government-issued photo identification or City employee badge is required except when attending public meetings of the LACERS Board of Administration. Parking is not available at the building. Paid parking lots, public transit, and street parking are available nearby.

So, what can LACERS Members do if they don't have the expertise, the time, or the desire to manage certain financial aspects of their life?
