Dr. Aresia Watson, natural sciences faculty member, is a testament to the importance of a biblical worldview. While earning her master's and Ph.D. in biology education, Dr. Watson engaged in meaningful discussions about creation and evolution with students and professors at secular universities. These experiences prepared her to teach our Origins class, which focuses heavily on the biblical worldview.

"I sat under instruction that enabled me to learn the tactics that secular humanists are using to encourage students to give up their Christian faith," Dr. Watson explained. "The Origins class focuses heavily on the biblical worldview in a very clear way throughout the entire semester as each topic is approached from the perspective of first recognizing what God's Word says."

Biblical Studies Minor

Additionally, every student who earns a PCC degree automatically graduates with a biblical studies minor.
