City of Mobile traffic court moving to Government Plaza

City of Mobile traffic court moving to Government Plaza

Mobile, Ala. - Due to planned activity at the Mobile Civic Center site, Mobile Municipal Court will move its regular traffic arraignment dockets from the Expo Hall to Government Plaza.

Beginning Tuesday, July 2, all Mobile Municipal Court traffic arraignments will be held in the Ceremonial Courtroom in Government Plaza, which is located at 205 Government Street in downtown Mobile. The schedule and docket times will remain the same at the new location.

The Mobile Municipal Court has traffic arrangements on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. and Wednesdays at 5 p.m.

Signs will be posted at the Expo Hall to note the venue change. The court staff has also sent direct notifications to individuals with upcoming arraignment dates in Mobile Municipal Court. For more information, visit https://www.cityofmobile.org/departments/municipal-courts/
