BUFFALO, N.Y. - Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is proud to announce that Crystal Rodriguez-Dabney, Esq., LLM, CDP, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer, will be a featured panelist for Renaye James Healthcare Advisors' Health Center Excellence Academy webinar. The virtual session, part of the Renaye James Healthcare Advisors' Accelerated Learning Series, titled "Building a Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a Healthcare Setting," will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 2-3:15 p.m. ET.

Rodriguez-Dabney will be joined by Sybil Pentsil, MD, MPH, a leader in health equity and patient-centered care. Together, they will provide valuable insights and actionable strategies for fostering inclusive, effective healthcare environments that meet the needs of diverse patient populations.

This 75-minute webinar will provide practical guidance on creating a formalized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) structure. Key topics will include steps to build a DEI center that aligns with organizational goals, strategies for addressing systemic barriers to equitable healthcare access, and tools for enhancing patient-centered care through DEI initiatives.
