Belfast - Waldo County General Hospital is pleased to welcome Everett Steinbarger, PA-C, to its Primary and Walk-in Care practice.

Steinbarger comes to Waldo from Mound Desert Island Hospital in Bar Harbor, where he spent eight years focused on occupational medicine, workplace injuries and illnesses, same-day care and more.

He earned his bachelor's degree in medicine from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Mich., in 1999. Before that, he spent six years in the United States Navy from 1988 to 1994.
