Randy Weinstock Joins Trustmark to Lead Small Business Benefits Division

LAKE FOREST, IL.: National employee benefits provider Trustmark Mutual Holding Company has announced the hire of Randy Weinstock to lead Trustmark Small Business Benefits, the company's health plan administration business focused on helping smaller employers provide comprehensive, affordable employee benefits.

Weinstock will join Trustmark's Enterprise Leadership Team as a corporate Senior Vice President and President, Small Business Benefits. The announcement was made by Trustmark CEO Kevin Slawin.

"He has a uniquely broad insurance industry leadership experience across actuarial, underwriting, finance, and in expanding national distribution partnerships. In addition, he's highly focused on innovation and on enhancing the customer experience. Randy's a great addition to the leadership team and will help us achieve our national-scale growth goals for Trustmark Small Business Benefits."

Weinstock has more than 30 years of industry leadership experience. He joins Trustmark from Humana, where he most recently led the Employer Group line of business. Prior to that, he was VP, Actuarial and Underwriting, where he led a team of more than 350 employees. Before joining Humana, Randy held a series of roles of increasing responsibility at United Healthcare, including VP of Actuarial Pricing, VP of Key Accounts Underwriting, VP of Northeast Underwriting, and Chief Financial Officer, National Accounts.

Weinstock earned his B.S. in Actuarial Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
