Thousands of people affected by Hurricane Helene need help now.

The American Red Cross is there now, working with local efforts to provide emergency shelter, food, and supplies for thousands of evacuees and those who have lost it all.

As deadly flooding continues and threatens additional communities, even more people will urgently need support. The Red Cross is working closely with community partners and state and local officials to ensure help is available where needed.
