Indian NDC delegation calls on Defence Secretary

An Indian National Defence College (NDC) delegation led by Joint Secretary to the Government Shri Vijay Nehra (IAS) called on the Sri Lankan Defence Secretary General Kamal Gunaratne at the Defence Ministry in the Defence Headquarters Complex, Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte today (Sep 2).

Following a warm reception, Gen. Gunaratne had a cordial discussion with the visiting Indian delegation. Military Liaison Officer of the Ministry of Defence Maj. Gen. Dhammika Welagedara and Defence Advisor to the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka Captain Anand Mukundan were also present at the occasion.

Subsequently, the Indian NDC delegation took part in an interactive informative session at the auditorium with the Deputy Military Liaison Officer of the Ministry of Defence Brigadier Nadeeka Kulasekara.
