Lane closure on North Upper

On Sunday, Aug. 18, traffic on North Upper Street between Main Street and Short Street will be limited to one lane from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

No detour is necessary. Drivers are asked to proceed slowly through the area and watch for pedestrians.

This closure will allow a city contractor, Leak Eliminators, to line the stormwater pipe in the area.
