Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 4:49 PM, Troopers arrested Leilani Mcclellan, age 24, of 180 Litton Avenue, Groton, Connecticut, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the North Kingstown Police Department on the original charge of Felony Passing of Counterfeit Certificate. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Spruce Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the North Kingstown Police Department.

At 3:05 AM, Trooper Read, assisted by Troopers arrested Simeon D. Miongo, age 24, of 58 Winthrop Street, Taunton, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense; 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense; and 3.) Operating Under Foreign License During Suspension. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending arraignment/presentment as a bail violator.
