On July 30, 2024, Todd J. James informed the board of First Mid Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation from the board and the risk committee upon which he served effective July 30, 2024. The resignation of Mr. James was not the result, in whole or in part, of any disagreement with the Company's management relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
