Public Access Easement

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: Willow Trail Committee
PROJECT NAME: ADL 224280
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Willow, Alaska
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 29 of Township 19 North, Range 5 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The Willow Trail Committee has requested a public access easement to relocate a segment of the existing multi-use Corral Hill Trail away from eroding embankment. The requested easement is approximately 2500 feet long and 16 feet in width, occupying approximately 0.918 acres, more or less. The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 West 7th Avenue, Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501, on or before the date noted above.
