On this great historical day, Commemoration Day, we come together to honour the fallen Emirati soldiers who have sacrificed their lives in defence of our homeland. Their sacrifices exemplify unparalleled heroism and selflessness. They offered their pure souls to safeguard our nation, uphold our cherished values, and maintain the security and stability of this country, guided by its far-sighted leadership that views sacrifice in defence of the homeland as a source of pride.

Since the UAE declared November 30 as Commemoration Day, our prudent leadership has established the principle of sacrifice in defence of the nation as a fundamental aspect of the Emirati identity. This day has become an enduring symbol, inspiring successive generations to set examples of loyalty and sacrifice for the sake of the nation and its dignity. The memory of our courageous martyrs will forever live on, bearing witness to their bravery and heroic acts in defending their land and rights.

On this day, which holds a special place in the heart of every Emirati and expatriate living on this land, we take immense pride in honouring our martyrs, who were the first line of defence in preserving the achievements of our nation. They have given their lives for the dignity of this land, ensuring its safety and security. They have inspired us to work together and unite as one, therefore embodying the values of loyalty, belonging, and commitment to defending this land to make it prosper for generations to come.

On this glorious day, we renew our pledge to continue along the path of giving and sacrifice, embracing our responsibility to work with dedication and sincerity to realize the visions of our leadership and fulfil the aspirations of our nation across all fields. We pray to Allah to have mercy on our martyrs and to bless the UAE, its leadership, and its people with peace, security, and stability.
