Doha, Qatar, 29 September 2024: Vodafone Qatar has launched a new portfolio of postpaid plans made up of various cutting-edge solutions.
The suite of features has been designed to complement Vodafone customers' lifestyles, offering greater connectivity, along with the ability to have enhanced control over their individual mobile experience.
Led by Mahmoud Reda, Talent Development Manager at Vodafone Qatar, the course emphasised the importance of effective communication and offered professional tips on how to deal with customers. It also provided attendees with the different customer behavioral styles, how to make an emotional connection with various customers, problem solving techniques, and more.
Firstly, in a world driven by social media, Vodafone Qatar is proud to be the first provider in Qatar to introduce dedicated social media apps data for postpaid customers. This allows customers to enjoy popular platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok without restriction on its all new Unlimited + postpaid plans.
The second addition is the introduction of unlimited local calls for all New Postpaid Plan customers, offering customers more freedom to connect than ever before.
Another first time in Qatar is the exciting addition is an all-new multi-SIM capability which allows up to four additional SIMs to be linked to a customer's main plan. multi-SIM enables one number to be used across multiple devices including smartphones, tablets and laptops along with the ability to share data seamlessly, offering unrivaled convenience.
Vodafone Qatar is also proud to introduce again for the first time in Qatar the Mute Service making it easy to manage unwanted calls when customers are unavailable. Once enabled, those trying to reach a customer will be notified of their unavailability, whilst customers will still be able to make and receive calls.
Additionally, with a commitment to enhancing customer control and safety, our new International Call Block feature allows users to screen unwanted foreign calls.
