ICANN Announces Pilot Holistic Review Team

Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced the selection of a 16-member team to conduct the Pilot Holistic Review.

The team members were selected by the chairs of ICANN's Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees, based on nominations they received.

The ICANN Board will appoint a Board member to serve as an additional Pilot Holistic Review Team member in the coming weeks.

The Pilot Holistic Review Team is tasked with developing the guidelines and methodologies for the future Holistic Review, recommended by the third Accountability and Transparency Review Team. The Holistic Review was recommended to examine the continuous improvement, effectiveness, and accountability of the ICANN community structures as well as the collaboration among them.

The Pilot Holistic Review team will post periodic updates on its progress on icann.org, as well as at ICANN Public Meetings, and on the Review Team's wiki page here.
