"Mommy and Me" Movement Classes, Fridays, 9AM-10AM, South Park Hall

Strength, Balance, Core, and Posture Classes, Thursdays, 6:30-7:30PM, South Park Hall

Gentle Stretching for Adults, Thursdays, 9AM-10AM or 10AM-11AM, South Park Hall

Let's Cook!, Saturday, October 12, 10AM-12PM (Ms. Helen's Soul Bistro: Southern-style cabbage with sausage, pepper, onion, tomato, and honey buttered cornbread) and 12PM-2PM (Taste of Somalia: Fuul and Sabaayed, Somali bean stew with flatbread) at Delridge Farmers Market.

Strengthen yoru body while helping your little one develop coordination and motor skills through interatcive movement and play. No sign-ups necessary! Ages 6 and young. Free! Wear comfy clothes.
