Kirkland Advises Monomoy Capital Partners on Acquisition of Oliver Packaging and Equipment

Kirkland & Ellis advised private investment firm Monomoy Capital Partners on its carve-out acquisition of Oliver Packaging and Equipment. Founded in 1890, Oliver Packaging is a provider of bakery equipment, meal packaging systems and comprehensive food service solutions to educational, business and food service organizations. The transaction was announced on November 4, 2024.
