Scituate Barracks

On Monday, November 18, 2024 at 11:29 PM, Troopers arrested Tessier McLeph, age 34, of 248 Mason Street, Apt. # 2, Fall River, Massachusetts for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
