Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure Unveils ‘Ask MOEI’ Powered by AI Chatbot to Interact with Customers

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI) announced the launch of 'Ask MoEI' instant chat solution on its website, www.moei.gov.ae. Powered by AI Chatbot, 'Ask MoEI' can quickly and effectively provide ample answers to customers' questions related to the Ministry's 123 services related to the energy, infrastructure, housing, and transport sectors.

Launched in cooperation with Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), the new high-tech solution is available 24/7. It is in line with the Ministry's commitment to adopting advanced technologies to improve services and enhance interaction with the public.

Communication channels with MoEI include the toll-free number 8006634, direct chat on the website, smart phone app, customer happiness centers, and the Ministry's accounts on social media platforms, including X, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
