Brief Description of Proposed Project:
The Cottonwood Eastland Multi-Use Trail System is an 11.5-mile hiking and mountain biking trail system within the 2,643 acre Cottonwood Eastland Unit of Kachemak Bay State Park. The parking lot and trailhead will be built near mile 17 on East End Road. For more information, please visit www.homercyclingclub.org.
