Blasting Operation Scheduled on SR 10 Loop & US 78
WHAT: Blasting will take place on Wednesday, September 25 on US78/SR 10 Atlanta Highway at SR 10 Loop Interchange. This operation is being done to remove rock from a hill next to the northbound ramp at SR 10 Loop Interchange. The northbound ramp will remain open until the countdown begins right before blasting. At this time, the northbound ramp will close and traffic control will be paced with law enforcement until it is cleared for motorists to proceed safely. Shortly after the blast occurs, the northbound ramp will re-open. Motorists should use caution while driving through the area.
WHEN: Wednesday, September 25, between10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
WHERE: The operation will occur on the northbound ramp at SR 10 Loop Interchange and US 78 Atlanta Highway.
