Arconic Publishes 2023 Sustainability Report

PITTSBURGH, PA, August 26, 2024 - Arconic Corporation ("Arconic" or the "Company") has published its 2023 Sustainability Report, available on the Company's website. The report details Arconic's progress against its 2030 Sustainability Goals and underscores the Company's commitment to reducing its environmental impact and protecting the welfare of its key stakeholders, employees, customers, suppliers, and the communities in which it operates.

Highlights from the Arconic's 2023 Sustainability Report include:

• Zero fatalities; 1% decrease in Days Away, Restricted and Transfer Rate (DART);
• 6% reduction in overall greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, year-over-year;
• More than $33 million invested in research and development to accelerate product innovation;
• Achieved EcoVadis silver rating in our first assessment;
• 53% of high-risk suppliers meet the Company's supply chain management program criteria;
• 17.6% women employees across the global workforce;
• $7 million invested in communities by Arconic Foundation to advance education, environmental sustainability, and social equity;
• Perfect score of 100 in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index.
