Golden Gate Capital Invests in oneZero

Paul, Weiss is advising San Francisco-based private equity firm Golden Gate Capital in its investment in oneZero Financial Systems, a global leader in multi-asset enterprise trading technology solutions. Golden Gate Capital will support oneZero alongside Lovel Minnick Partners, oneZero's current financial partner. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
