Token Communities Ltd. (the " Registrant") was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K (the "Form 10-K") for the year ended June 30, 2024 in a timely manner. Due to a delay experienced by the Registrant in completing its financial statements and other disclosures, the Registrant cannot file its Form 10-K within the prescribed period without undue hardship and expense and requires additional time to complete the compilation of its financial statements for the Form 10-K.
