NYSP Owego looking to ID woman

New York State Police at Owego are looking to identify the pictured female.

The woman has what appears to be dyed red hair, is short and a larger build. On October 21, 2024, she's accused of scamming a victim after allegedly selling the victim a mobile home. The victim later learned that the mobile home was not her property to sell.
