CNO is proud to be recognized by Chief Learning Officer (CLO) as a winner of the 2024 Silver LearningElite award for demonstrating excellence in corporate learning and development (L&D). Our commitment to providing exemplary L&D initiatives for our associates and sales professionals earned CNO a ranking of 12th overall in 2024-up from 15th in 2023.

The annual program honors the top organizations in corporate learning and development by conducting a comprehensive evaluation of their functional L&D areas, such as leadership development, technological adoption, executive buy-in, and content development and delivery.
