Hurricane Warning posted for Galveston Island

Galveston's Emergency Management Team just received new information from the National Weather Service. A key takeaway from the the call, Galveston is now under a HURRICANE WARNING. From the graphic below note that a WARNING is issued when hurricane force winds are expected. Please make sure to take all actions needed to stay safe.
