ASPPH Welcomes Ariel Moyer as New Chief Operating Officer

The Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) is proud to announce the appointment of Ariel C. Moyer as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective November 18, 2024. Ariel brings an impressive background in public health leadership and organizational strategy that will be pivotal in guiding ASPPH's continued growth and impact.

A seasoned professional committed to advancing public health, Ariel joins ASPPH from the de Beaumont Foundation, where she played a transformative role in shaping strategic operations as a valued team member. Her contributions there were marked by her dedication to fostering innovative approaches, such as building and administering funding collaboratives and coalitions.

At ASPPH, Ariel will oversee operational strategies and work to advance our Strategic Plan 2030. She will ensure our association continues to excel in serving our members, promoting excellence in education, and fostering a collaborative network across schools and programs. Her leadership is set to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, advancing our mission to mobilize the collective power of our members to drive excellence and innovation in academic public health education, research, and practice.
