Dear colleagues,
We write to share that Temple University's 2025 Commencement ceremony will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in The Liacouras Center.
Commencement is one of the most special days on the university calendar. It is an opportunity for us to celebrate our graduates, their accomplishments and wish them well as they prepare to turn the page on this chapter of their lives. It also provides a compelling reminder of why we are here and why we do the work that we do.
All of you have played an important role in helping these graduates get to this point, and we are deeply grateful for all you have done to teach and mentor these talented students. We see Commencement as a celebration for our exceptional faculty and staff, just as it is for our graduates.
We hope you will join us for this ceremony, and encourage you to attend your school and college graduation events, to celebrate these extraordinary individuals who will soon join the ranks of Temple University's more than 370,000 living alumni. Your presence at these ceremonies is truly meaningful to the students, their families and friends, as they bring their experience full circle.
We look forward to enjoying these shared celebrations with you in the coming year.
Sincerely,
John Fry
