West without Borders 20th Anniversary

In 2004, a small group of West team members started a group dedicated to philanthropic work and giving back at West, naming the team West without Borders.* 20 years later, that group has grown to over 70 team members across the globe, leading the charge to give back year after year. As West's charity arm that's led exclusively by team members, West without Borders has made a worldwide impact with a passion for community support that is the embodiment of West's culture and employee experience.

​The following brief video highlights the accomplishments of the program over the past 20 years and the generous contributions and efforts of so many individuals at West.

West without Borders represents all giving, fundraising and volunteering by team members at West, and in two decades, this giving program has raised almost $10 million for over 250 charities and non-profits in over 15 countries. Each year, West without Borders supports West's Global Food Drive, volunteerism and team member fundraising, as well as team member donations into an Employee Emergency Fund. Throughout the past 20 years, thousands of West team members have been involved in this program, making a significant impact on our global communities.

As the 2024 West without Borders campaigns begin globally across West sites, all team members will have the opportunity to get involved for this special 20th Anniversary milestone.
