A new opportunity for income-restricted rental units on Nantucket is available this winter!

Affordable Rental Housing Lottery Richmond Meadows II - Phase V and VI - Second Lottery
This lottery is for twelve (12) Area Median Income (AMI) restricted rental apartment units, with initial occupancy scheduled immediately after the lottery. These units will be rented to households earning 80-120% or less of the AMI.

Key Dates:

• Public Information Session: November 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm via Zoom.
• Application Deadline: December 9, 2024, at 2:00 pm (applications postmarked by this deadline must be received within 5 business days).
• Lottery: January 9, 2025, at 6:00 pm via Zoom.

Application and Information:

The Affordable Housing Trust, in partnership with Richmond Great Point Development, has provided grant funding to increase the number of affordable housing units from 15 to 27, while expanding eligibility to a broader range of income levels. This initiative supports the Town's Strategic Plan goal of increasing housing options for our community.
