UNM Alumni Association hosts Senior Send-Off & Happy Hour

The UNM Alumni Association invites fall 2024 grads to a Senior Send-Off and Happy Hour on Wednesday, Dec. 4, starting at 1 p.m. at Hodgin Hall.

Register today and celebrate your achievements and prepare for your next chapter with free professional headshots, graduation photos at the U, career advice and resume reviews, a cap decorating station, and more. Graduates can also connect with many UNM departments, University affiliates, and alumni resources, offering guidance on everything from graduate programs to transcripts and student loan repayment options.

From free graduation photos to job resources, you'll find everything you need to celebrate and prepare for what's ahead, including:

• Professional Headshots: 1-4 p.m. Bring a change of clothes to make your pictures perfect. Headshots are included in your Senior Send-Off registration.
• Career Guidance: Get resume reviews and career advice from UNM Career Services and the Alumni Career Network.
• Cap Decorating Station: Express yourself with a decorated cap! All the supplies will be provided.
• Alumni Connect Sign-Up: Grab a free "Lobo for Life" t-shirt and stay connected with UNM and fellow alumni. Learn about the benefits you'll receive as a Lobo for life.
• Student Loan Advice: Speak with a specialist about loan repayment and forgiveness programs.
• UNM Resources: Meet representatives from various UNM departments and partners including the Anderson School of Management, Graduate Programs, Career Services, Alumni Chapters and Groups, UNM Memorial/Wedding Chapel, UNM Recreation and Johnson Gym, School of Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Alumni Career Initiative, Nusenda Credit Union, UNM Book Store Pop-up Shop, Registrar (information on transcripts), and the Secretary's Office (graduation questions)!
• Happy Hour and New Grad Bingo: 4-6 p.m. Open to students and alums alike! Grab a bingo card with your UNM student ID and play New Graduate Bingo. Play for epic prizes including diploma frames, alumni gear, and more!
• Graduation Photos at the U: 4-6 p.m. Wear your cap and gown and take a free, commemorative photo in front of The U.

The Happy Hour runs from 4-6 p.m. and will include New Graduate Bingo with exciting prizes like diploma frames and alumni gear.
