Turner Construction Company was selected to build a $90 million healthcare facility for the Sandusky Veterans Home in Ohio. The Sandusky Veterans Home has a 136-year legacy of providing comprehensive care to veterans, and this expansion will significantly enhance its capacity to assist more of those who served.
The project will add 128 patient care beds to help meet the growing demand for veteran care in the region and create a lasting positive impact on the lives of veterans and their families.
"We are honored to be chosen for a project that will have such a meaningful impact on Ohio's veteran community," said Taurean Spratt, Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction Company. "This addition will enhance the Sandusky Veterans Home's capacity and reinforce its role as a trusted care provider for our veterans. We look forward to working closely with the Sandusky community throughout this important project."
The project is anticipated to begin construction in 2025 with completion targeted for 2027.
