Register now for the Soulsville Heart Health Summit August 9-10!

Join us at Stax Museum of American Soul Music on Friday, August 9, and Saturday, August 10, to explore strengthening connections between primary care and community organizations and identifying most important next steps for community-driven solutions to address social needs. Saturday will include a collaboration with Stax's Back to School Family Day, so bring the whole family for activities, food trucks, and more. 1-5pm both days at Stax, 926 E. McLemore Ave. Speaker presentations available via Zoom. This is the inaugural annual meeting for the Tennessee Heart Health Network.
