The IT Service Desk, powered by Digital Technology Solutions (DTS), will be closed from Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, during the university's Winter Season Days closure.

The Service Desk will resume normal operations Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.

  • Start a chat support session in Canvas: Click the "Help" icon in the left-hand navigation menu and select "Chat With Canvas Support."
