I'm often asked what I love most about working at Kohl's, and I have the same response many others do-it's the people. I see how our associates care for our customers and each other daily, but their attention and care is especially evident during the busy holiday season.

Our associates make the season brighter for millions of customers nationwide, and we celebrate and recognize our associates through unique programs, team-building events and appreciation weeks throughout the year.

I've visited stores, distribution centers and e-fulfillment centers and seen the hard work associates put into stocking and packaging orders. I've witnessed associates giving extra smiles to parents juggling kids or going out of their way to walk a customer to a product they're searching for. How our teams show up for customers everyday, especially during this exciting time of year, makes me proud.
