By wanting the U.S. to adopt Europe's failed competition policies and hindering companies' ability to consolidate, the neo-Brandeisian approach weakens America's competitiveness in emerging technologies such as AI.

Upholding free markets, economic growth, and limited government is crucial to maintaining American prosperity and global leadership amidst a rising China.
